My name is Betsy Chappell and I am a NC Certified Driving Instructor.
I started Chappell Driving School in the summer of 2016 after being approached several times by friends who were having to deal with an unpleasant drivers ed experience. I saw that there was a need for more options in the area. Currently, Chappell Driving School is the only private driving school East of the Chowan River.
